Our company has two types of rates. The first is a private transfer rate and the second is a flexi drive rate. The flexi drive rates have a minimum charge of 3 hours whereas our private transfer rates have a minimum charge of 1 hour. There is a special rate for armed chauffeured services. Rates exclude:

• Vehicle fuel and toll fees. (for flexi drive bookings)
• Tips and gratuities.
• Portages.
• Entrance fees to venues.
• Additional hours and kilometers.
• Accessories i.e. baby seats and trailers.
• Driver's accommodation and meals where required.

Please note:

• Insurance does not cover personal property.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Rates are calculated and charged from depot to depot.
• Pegasus Luxury Chauffeur Service is vat exempt.
• A surcharge of R100 per day will apply on all public holidays.
• A cancellation fee equal to the transfer cost will be charged if chauffeur has been dispatched.
• Chauffeurs have mobile phones for efficient 24 - hour communication.
• Full payment is due prior to commencement of services.
